Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Believe Big purchase, simply return the unwashed, unworn garment within 30 days from the original date of purchase to:

Once we receive a satisfactory receipt of your returned merchandise, a credit will be issued for the full purchase price. Be sure to enclose a copy of the original receipt with your contact information (including your telephone number and an email address).
You can also, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Exchange
Should you wish to exchange your Believe Big merchandise for another product, size or color, simply return the unwashed, unworn merchandise within 30 days from the original date of purchase to:

Be sure to enclose a copy of the original receipt with your contact information (including your telephone number and an email address). If you are exchanging the same item for a different size, please indicate new size needed and we will gladly ship you the new item once we have received a satisfactory receipt of your reutrned merchandise.
If you would like another item, simply return your original merchandise for a refund and enter our store to purchase the new item.
Shipping
We can ship to US addresses.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
